Kaimahi - Youth Worker
We are seeking a Peer Support Worker to walk alongside rangatahi, offering encouragement, understanding, and practical support as they navigate challenges and build positive futures.
Kaiāki - The Connector
As Kaiāki – The Connector, you’ll build strong, trusting relationships with rangatahi, their whānau, and key community partners so that positive change made on-site at Te Kāhu Tiu is carried into the home and sustained long term.
Kaiāki - The Navigator
As Kaiāki – The Navigator, you’ll help whānau understand and use the systems around them—health, housing, education, finance, and energy—so they can reduce stress, lower costs, and create stable, healthy homes for their rangatahi.
Driver
We are seeking a reliable Driver to join our team. You’ll be responsible for picking up rangatahi from their homes across the rohe each morning and returning them at the end of the day.
Peer Support Worker
We are seeking a Kaimahi – Peer Support Worker to join our team. You’ll travel with the Driver each morning to collect rangatahi from their homes across the rohe and return them at the end of the day.
Kaiako - Teacher
As Kaiako, you’ll help create a safe, creative, and culturally grounded environment where rangatahi can grow and thrive.
Kitchen Manager
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring nutritious, delicious meals are prepared for rangatahi and staff.
