Ngā Hua: Outcomes

He kai kei aku ringa – There is food at the end of my hands.

Our rangatahi leave knowing who they are, what they carry within. They remember how to connect, contribute, and move with purpose and their unique gifts.

What they leave with:

Identity

A deep connection to whenua, whakapapa & whānau.

Capability

Skills in kai production, technology, communication, economic literacy & more.

Credibility

NZQA qualifications, work experience and community projects

Preparedness

GP, registered driver's license, IRD number, bank account, CV & digital literacy.

Support

A 3 - 5 year aftercare strategy and active alumni network.

What our graduates will have to offer:

Insight. Resilience. Leadership. Creativity.

And each rangatahi, as they move into their lives within hapori and society, will be the beating heart and wings of systemic change. A ripple effect that transforms their Whānau and its fate, having the power to reroute it towards thriving once more.

To achieve these outcomes, our systems, our programme and our team gather round our graduates in close embrace - a constellated healing and helping whānau who, in turn, give them the self-belief to reclaim their mana, and to become Kaitiaki of their whakapapa, while being held by the whenua to find the strength in their wings to soar.

In the process of healing themselves, they will also heal those generations forwards and back, within their communities and our country. Both Aotearoa, and in ever widening circles of influence, the world.

Our rangatahi, as they mature into tane, become an unstoppable force for good.

The programme: Masters of Mauri Ora

A programme has a start date, an end date, and assigned outcomes. A kaupapa adds mauri ora — living energy — to whakapapa long term.
